Dark garnet color. Floral dark fruit, black cherry, some new wood and toast with notes of pepper and cloves on the palate is ripe and unctuous with sweet dark fruit, but balanced by vigorous acidity, young but round tannin high maturity but l The alcohol is well integrated, long and sweet fruity finish.
Rossomora - Barbera d'Asti DOCG Superiore 2020
Medium to deep garnet color. Fine aroma of dark floral fruit, ripe cherry, delicate spices such as cloves and cinnamon with discreet notes of oak. Broad palate with rounded extract and tannin, sweet dark fruit flavours, whilst remaining dry with balanced acidity, generous and advanced with a long, round finish.
